My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

O’Malley has the most darling spirit of any kitten we’ve fostered – if you’re searching for a feline that will be talk of the town, look no further than this adorable orange cloud of fur! O’Malley arrived in FOWA foster care as a tiny orphan at two days old. He was accepted by a surrogate mama cat nursing her own kittens, and in spite of his small beginnings O’Malley has grown and thrived. One glance at O’Malley and you can’t help but smile and pick him up for cuddles!

O’Malley has a longer orange tabby coat that is incredibly downy and soft. He adores being petted, groomed and brushed, and even finds it relaxing to have his “hair done” while the silly humans fashion his orange locks into wild hairdos like a stylish punk rocker! Although he seems light as a feather, O’Malley has the fearless personality of a tiny lion – he is outgoing, brave, smart, affectionate and a complete social butterfly! O’Malley was the first to wean and start eating out of a bowl, first to use the litter box, and is always the first to be in your lap. When O’Malley met the resident dog and cats at his new foster home, he immediately ran up to curl around their legs like he’d known these friends forever.

O’Malley is very inquisitive and confident and will entertain himself playing with toys, exploring the kitten nursery with his tail held high and seek out whichever canine, feline or human is close by to pal around with. O’Malley prances along like one of the pack with his fellow cat and dog foster siblings, whether it’s begging at mealtimes, carrying around a toy mouse or catching a snooze on the big fleece dog bed. Like a little orange puppy O’Malley comes running at warp speed when you call his name, enjoys napping and meals in his kitten crate and will talk for his dinner, and we can always find O’Malley by “echolocation” – you can hear those contented purrs across the room!

Mister O’Malley will be the perfect fit for a lucky family longing for a playful, social and gregarious feline companion, devoted lap cat and best buddy at your side for wiggly snuggles and endless entertainment. Whether it’s cats, dogs or people, O’Malley has never met a stranger that wasn’t instantly his friend – this is one little charmer you’ll fall in love with!
