"Dixie" Lab Mix
7 yrs + Spayed Female

Dixie, a 7+ yr old spayed lab mix, is a very loving girl who craves attention and love from people. Dixie and her dogfriend were left abandoned in an apartment to fend for themselves and Dixie struggled a bit with some separation anxiety as a result. She has calmed down a lot as she becomes more secure in her new environment. She does still get excited but calms nicely when asked. She loves to be petted and likes to lay on the couch. She is good around other dogs and fine with cats. Dixie is housebroken and also does fine in her crate. Dixie is a strong girl and is learning to walk calmly by your side on leash and not pull. She loves to play with Kong balls, rope toys and frisbees. Dixie needs to find a home with someone who will give her the love and calm structured life she deserves so she knows she will never be abandoned again. Contact 812-889-2408. OR CALL 812-752-7500
