Hello People!
My name is Dempsey and my Mom says I’m a perfect bichon boy. She says I’m a happy, friendly, loving, housebroken and adorable boy of four - and that I’m also mellow and very gentle. I give lots of little kisses and I smile a lot. I’m truly a happy and very grateful little guy.
When I came to Mom’s house, it wasn’t long before she fell in love. You see I am always very sweet and good natured – and she likes that a lot. I’m also eager to please and working hard on learning new things. Right now that includes teaching Mom how to play chase. She’s getting pretty good at it too! (Of course there is this part where Mom wants me to bring the ball back. Since she’s so good at that, I kind of enjoy watching her – but I promised I would learn to bring it back, too.)
My doggy foster brother and sisters like to play with me and think I’m a really great guy. They say that I’m always good about sharing my toys and everything. We like to play with one another - and chill out together.
As for Dad, he likes me too! He says I’m a natural ‘meeter-and-greeter' who loves people and enjoys everyone’s company. I like to take little cat naps on the couch, love to go for walks (or runs!) and rides in the car – Boy, do I!) Just open the car door and I hop right in happy to go wherever you are going. And when it comes to walks, well – all I need to do is see the leash and I know exactly what that means. Fun!
I’m also very smart and a master cuddle bug. I love to snuggle in bed or on the couch and I’m never intrusive! I’m always grateful to be loved and taken care of – and I show my appreciation each and every minute!
What I really need now is a forever family to call my own. I’m great with children as well as adults. I also need another furkid or two for company. If I sound like your kind of pup, let’s meet you soon. Mom says I’m an easy going guy who would make a great addition to any home or family.
