Belle's Info...

I am already spayed, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, not good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Belle's Story...
Belle traveled a long way from NC to Michigan and only days after spaying surgery. No accidents, no problems traveling at all...even with a rescue travel mate. She was a day short of being euthanized when a previous LLR member pulled her to safety. She is up to date on all her shots, and is days out from being spayed. She was an owner surrender so we don't know much. She bonded quickly with her rescue drivers, but showed a lot of fear with small children. She would do best in an adult home. This little girl has had a broken life and really needs an adult that can show her patience and TLC to help her come out of her shell and realize she is no longer in danger. If you are that person, please complete an application for adoption at http://www.luckylabrescuemi.com for Belle.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Belle, a Ypsilanti Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever for sale in Ypsilanti, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Ypsilanti.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ypsilanti already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ypsilanti breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ypsilanti paves the way for another one to be saved.
