My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Helllllooo world! It's me, ARCHER, making my Adoptapet debut in the story, "My Perfect Fur-ever!" I'd like to audition for the role of your new best friend- I bet I'll get the part! Let me tell you about myself. Back in January, I was rescued from the county pound euthanasia list. I was in rough shape! I had mange, a bacterial infection on top of that AND eye issues. Lucky for me, my foster mom and vet got me fixed right up and now I'm healthy and ready for my fur-ever! I do have congenital cataracts that I will require long-term eye drops for, as well as frequent vet monitoring to make sure my condition stays stable. Don't worry though, I'm absolutely worth the extra effort! I'm a pretty confident and outgoing dog (and very handsome now too, if I do say so myself). Foster mom says most of my pictures come out like blurs because I love to run and play. What can I say? I'm a dog on the go- places to be, people to see, toys to chase! Next to toys and treats, my favorite thing in this world is belly rubs! If you give me a belly rub, I know we'll be friends for life! I get along well with the other dogs in my foster home. I'd love to meet your dog at home and I bet we'll be wrestle partners in no time! There's also cats here in my foster home. I ignore them for the most part, but sometimes I bark at them- why won't they PLAY with me?! Oh, all this talk about play and I almost forgot to tell you how smart I am. I'm kennel trained, potty trained, walk great on the leash (I love walks!) AND know my basic commands. Have I convinced you yet that I'm the dog for you?! Because I think YOU might just be my new co-star in life! Contact my rescue and let's get started on our own story, together!

I am approximately 2 years old and my adoption fee is $150. My fee includes neuter, shots up to date, county license and micro-chip. Read more about Archer
