Here's what the humans have to say about me:
MARGIE is a young husky/hound mix found wandering in a remote rural area. We estimate her date of birth to be July 2013. Although she doesn't have the overwhelming coat of a husky, she vocalizes like a husky, has the husky quick intelligence, a tail that curls over her back, and telltale facial markings. Margie has the easy-going temperament, lean body and long runner's legs of a hound. She stands about 20 inches at the shoulder and, as of early July, weighs 45+ lb. She is spayed, fully-vaccinated, current on monthly flea, tick and heartworm preventives and de-wormed. She is also heartworm negative. Margie is house-trained, knows how to use a doggie door, crate-trained for nighttime sleeping and walks on-leash. She is a gentle, polite, obedient dog, who would be excellent for a family with young children. She is friendly, affectionate and not skittish. She enjoys the company of other dogs, although living with 19 other dogs at her foster home can feel a bit overwhelming at times. More than anything, she needs a place where she can get the love and attention she deserves. This is a courtesy posting. This dog is not affiliated with P.S. I Love You! Animal Rescue but is fostered by another party. For more information, please contact Janel Miller at dogrefuge@gmail.com.
