Hello People,
I’m Cricket, an adorable and dainty little girl of six, weighing only 11 pounds and pure sweetness. My foster mom says that I’m a happy, affectionate, sweet and quiet little girl who is in love with life – and people.
Dad says I enjoy being around my doggy foster sister and brothers – and I especially love to sit in his lap! Mom says I’m a ‘Daddy’s girl’ however I’m also happy snuggling with her. In fact, snuggling and giving affection is what I do best! That and being ‘social.’
While I’m not one to grab toys and play with the other furkids, I do enjoy having them around. At the dog park I greet all the pups we meet (even the ones that are bigger than I am and boy! there are a lot of them.) They all say ‘Hello’ to me, too.
I also like children. I like to stand still so they can give me a pat on my head – and then I follow them hoping they will hold me! There is no doubt that I’m loveable. Why I’m so affectionate that I will come up to new people, look at them with my big brown eyes – and then... it’s all over! (That’s the part I like best: being picked up and held.)
I like to walk on a leash (WOW, is that fun!) and I’m amazingly good in the car! Want to go for a ride anywhere? Then I’m your girl! I sit quietly and often just go to sleep, content to be with you. And I’m learning the dog door and my commands. Mom says that I’m engaged and Dad says I’m S-M-A-R-T! (He has to spell it because he doesn’t want me to get a swelled head.)
I’m also very loving and loyal - and my hair is growing back soft, silky and white. Soon I’ll be a little white cotton ball of a bichon once again.
Mom and Dad agree that I’m a sweetheart of a furkid who would love a forever family, with at least one other dog. If that sounds like you then let’s schedule a date to meet. Dad says you will never find anyone sweeter!
