Hello! My name is Penelope, but sometimes my foster mom calls me Penny for short. I am a short haired black kitten, but don’t let my color fool you because I am just as pretty as any other colored cat out there. Also, didn’t you hear? Black cats have the best personality. (That is what I am always told, at least.) Light bouncing balls, lasers and dog tails are my favorite things to play with. Speaking of dogs, I love them and other cats too. My foster Mom loves when I lay in her lap, and I do too. Don’t get me wrong, I love to play a lot, but nothing beats cuddle time with my foster parents. Nose kisses are my specialty!
