My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sarah came into the shelter very scared and very thin. She has had puppies recently but they were nowhere to be found. The best thing for Sarah is some TLC to bring her back to the fabulous dog she should be. Life has dealt her some hard blows and only she knows the full extent. We thought a better spot for her would be in foster care where she would get the care and attention she needs. Her whole personality changed once she arrived. She is a born cuddler, looking for all the attention she can get. Her foster family includes 2 large dogs and 2 cats and she gets along with all of them. Sarah deserves to be happy and a new home and lots of love from a special person will do the trick. Sarah's around 5 years old and about 43lbs but she should be closer to 60lbs.. Sarah is immediately available for adoption from Oceana County Animal Control. Please call 231-861-5395. ** Ask about possible Adoption Transportation assistance if you are not in the local area.** The adoption fee is $95. All adult dogs will be spayed/neutered and up to date on shots before adoption.
