My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Chica is a sweet, playful but laid back chi-weenie that adores attention and other dogs. She is approximately 3 years old and was picked up as a stray. Chica would love a home outside of the shelter and has been here approximately 2 months. Dog adoption is 130.00 and includes spay/neuter, heartworm testing, age appropriate vaccines including a 3 year rabies, health exam, deworming, and microchipping. Any animal 6 months or older is considered an adult. No animals are vetted until they are adopted as we do not have a vet on staff. Once the animal is adopted we make a vet appointment, and they must go to be vetted before they can go home with an adopter. Call 985.651.7387 for more information regarding adoption.
