Here's what the humans have to say about me:
TUCKER is a 6 month old yellow neutered male who weighs 69 pounds. He's discovering the world. He walks well on lead, but when there are noises or a lot of movement around him, he stops and isn’t sure what to do. Socialization and training will be good for him. Tucker does like to fetch tennis balls and stuffy toys. He doesn’t always want to drop them, but they’re easily taken from him. Tucker was tested with both a male dog and a female dog at the shelter and was fine with them. He has a lot of energy and is still learning how to interact and play with other dogs, though, so younger confident dogs who can show him the ropes may be better for him. He is approved for kids aged 10+.
Update (7/14): Tucker is a super, happy, sweet puppy, and he has easily settled in with his foster family. He adores his three year old foster lab brother and follows him everywhere. He would enjoy and benefit from being in a home with another playful dog. He is a natural swimmer, and he really enjoys swimming and retrieving from the water. He is learning to retrieve a ball on the ground but would rather be in the water! He also loves his people and wants to be wherever you are. He is a big fan of the toy basket, always rooting around in it and pulling out a new toy. Like most young labs, he very much wants to carry something around in his mouth. He loves to play, but when it comes time to settle, he quiets down. He is also not very barky and just a super sweet guy!
