Chickie's Story...
Chickie is an approx. 3 year old GORGEOUS girl. A little timid at first in new situations, Chickie is very calm, gentle and so very sweet. She is fantastic in her crate and will go in there on her very own to nap and relax. She does well with other dogs too and is SUPER with cats. She is spayed, microchipped and vaccinated. Please note that the first step in our process is to submit the adoption application. Simply go to www.midatlanticbullybuddies.org to submit.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chickie, a Reisterstown American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Reisterstown, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Reisterstown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Reisterstown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Reisterstown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Reisterstown paves the way for another one to be saved.
