Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We all know how we get that awww feeling when we see an adorable young puppy. They're so new and fresh with every possibility open to them. That's the case unless they're in a high-kill shelter that quickly runs out of space. We're so grateful for the efforts of our great Texas rescuer in saving Liam...she could see that his temperament was so loving and calm that she couldn't allow him to be euthanized. Liam was immediately brought to be vetted and puppy temperament tested...he passed both with flying colors and was brought to a great Texas foster home to begin his education around house manners and socialization. It turns out that Luke, at only just about 11 weeks old, is so calm and cooperative that it's been a fun and rewarding experience for his foster mom. He's like a blank slate...open and curious about everything around him. If Liam continues this regiment of socialization and classes that promote positive relationships with other dogs & bonding with his people...Liam will become a well-adjusted and pleasant adult companion. Liam is a gorgeous Labradoodle with a shining coat that speaks of good health. His calm demeanor is just who he is...he's just more analytical than your average crazy puppy. If you pass his wise assessment..Liam is your very best friend and is very interested in some serious bonding. If Liam is treated kindly with clear behavioral guidelines, he will become a well-adjusted guy who respects his people as his leaders. This is the kind of family we're searching for for Liam. Since he will be approximately 40 - 50 lbs when full-grown, we also feel it's very important that Liam is provided with exercise and mental stimulation. He will be a perfect size to enjoy hiking and snowshoeing in the Colorado mountains. We'd also like a family who spends lots of time at home and chooses to include a fuzzy companion in their activities. Liam can be taught that the car is a fun place that leads to great adventures out in the community and can therefore accompany his family just about anywhere.
Liam will be arriving on transport in Denver on 7/11 Applications are currently being accepted for this adorable and lovable Labradoodle puppy.
