Hey Ya'll. My name is Casper and just like the ghost, I am super friendly. I am approximately a year and a half old (07/09/2014). I was adopted as a puppy and I was cherished by my owner. She was drawn to me because I have the most precious lopsided grin. Unfortunately, she got sick and back to the shelter I came. I really want that kind of unconditional love again. Any takers?
