My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I’m Claire! I am about 1 year old and I came to NJ from Puerto Rico. I was a street dog, and didn’t get exposed to nice people at a young age, and therefore I can be timid when meeting new people. I am sweet and loving once I know you, though!

I am living in a foster home and doing great. I love, love, love my doggie foster family, and my human one, too. I would like to go to a home with another dog so that I can play and have a buddy to follow. I am so happy during playtime at the SPCA – I have lots of doggie friends.

I am smart – I already know “sit”!
