Hi I'm Sherman, There have been lots of baseball, basketball and football players named Sherman. I don't know how to play any of those games but I do like to play. I'm one playful, happy little dog.
Talk about a love bug.....I'm it. You won't find a sweeter dog than I am.....no matter how much you search. I'm happy to meet you.....in fact I'm happy to meet everyone. I adore people......all people. I make friends really fast and everyone thinks I'm just the cat's meow. Speaking of cats.....I have lived with a cat and think she is just fine. I will need to know your cats are friendly and will like me. Cats can do a lot of damage to a puppy if they are a mind to. We don't want that to happen now, do we?
I'm SOOOOO cute and sweet that I don't see how you can resist taking me home. Everyone who meets me talks about how cute/sweet I am. I'm not available for adoption in the South so no matter how much they like me, they can't take me home. My foster mom wants me to live in the Northeast where she thinks the people will consider me a real member of the family.
I love to sit in laps, play with toys and people. You will fall in love with me the minute you see me .....I guarantee it. I know I'm part schnauzer and am guessing at the Brussels Griffon pat. I may be part Scottish terrier. Someone said I was part dachshund but truthfully I just don't see it. Dachshunds are nice dogs but I don't think there are any of them in my family.
I'm 3-4 months old and am crate trained. I want a home where someone is there with me. Being home alone can be a scary thing and besides I might get bored. I don't want to live in a crate. How would you like to be locked in a crate for hours? That's what I thought......well me neither. So if you have a work-from-home job or can take me to work with you, I'd be interested in talking to you about joining your family.
I also want good quality food and a soft bed....actually I'd like to share your bed and food too if that's okay. A lady I know will provide a balanced diet for you to cook for me if you are up to that. She says I'll be much healthier if I'm not fed dog food. We also don't want all those annual shots so read up on the latest recommendations for vaccinations. After all, you want to keep me around for a long time....so treat me right!
