My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Poor Dougie was found on the streets by a nice person and he was in terrible shape. It was apparent that he had lived on the streets for some time as he was very dirty, matted and thin. His coat was so matted that he had to be shaved down. He got all cleaned up and now he is feeling so much better. No on came forward to claim him so we took him in so he would not end up at a high kill shelter. Dougie is very sweet and calm. He is a little shy but warms up quickly. He likes to sit in your lap for pets and likes to give kisses. Dougie is about 2-3 years old and about 10 pounds. He is good with other dogs and would do best in a calm house.
