Frantzo's Story...
Hi I’m Frantzo. I am a very outgoing, friendly black and white male kitten. I was originally rescued from a feral colony where Stray Cat Blues is trapping and sterilizing all the kitties. At first they couldn’t find my mom so they scooped up me and my two sisters (Suzanna and Luiza) and we were taken to a local vet tech who bottle-fed us until we could eat on our own. At her house, we were handled a lot by her young daughter. Once we were old enough, we went to live with a volunteer who has taken care of us since then.

I am a very playful, active and fearless kitten. I would fit into any kind of household. I’m confident around people and adjust quickly to new situations. I chase balls and toy mice and especially like the feather wand toy. My estimated date of birth is April 27, 2014. And by the way, they did eventually trap our mom and she is now spayed.

Frantzo is neutered, litterbox trained, has received age-appropriate vaccinations, and tested negative for FeLV and FIV.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Frantzo, a Colmar Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Colmar, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Colmar.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colmar already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colmar breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colmar paves the way for another one to be saved.
