Butler's Story...
Butler is a Sheltered Kitty Cat:

adoption date is 3-10-08 and can be put to sleep any time after the adoption date. As of this month, this kitty cat is still at the shelter & is in need of rescue

This is what a volunteer has to say about this kitty cat.
Butler is around 2 years old. I came to the shelter with a bad abscess on my short tail, something tried to eat me but only got a bite out of my short tail. Then I had to have my whole tail removed, so now they say I'm supposed to live outside because I'm not good using the litter box!! Life has been hard for me and I'm only about 2 years old and outside can be scary at night, so I'll need somewhere safe to sleep. I get along great with other cats, I even like dogs, also I love it when humans brush me. I've been really trying to get used to using the litter box and I'm getting better at it. Please take a liking to me and give me a chance. Just look at my cute smile, bet you never saw one like it before!

Act quickly to adopt Butler. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Butler, a Grass Valley Manx cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Manx for sale in Grass Valley, or seeking a Manx cat from a breeder in Grass Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Grass Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Grass Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Manx breeders who help with Manx rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Grass Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
