DOB 6-14-05 - Hi, I'm Anaki! I am a middle-aged male black cat (with a little white) badly wanting a loving home. Many years ago, I was a baby kitty here at Second Hand Purrs. I was adopted with my brother, Kitano. But luck was not on our side. Our owner eventually married, and we then got returned to the shelter since we didn't get along with his new spouse's cats. We have been at the shelter for over two years now, and virtually no one has been interested in adopting my brother and me. Sadly, not many people want older black cats. But I hope YOU do! I am very loving and I love to sit on laps. I still like to play, but mostly I like to sit on people's laps and purr. I'm more mellow than Kitano is. It is preferred that Kitano and I are adopted together. We don't mind other cats, but some cats don't like my brother Kitano because he picks on them occasionally. So it is best that we go to a home with no other cats. I don't think we would mind doggies, and children of all ages would be fine as well. I am on a special diet - Nutromax Natural Choice Chicken and Brown Rice. Please come see us!!!
