My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

hance is a six-year-old male pug. He is a very sweet and loving boy. Chance was rescued by CPR when he was just 2 years old. He had a broken femur and pelvis, and was in very bad shape (see picture of poor Chance at age 2). Chance also needed eye surgery. After a lot of vet bills, and TLC, Chance fully recovered and was adopted. Due to a divorce and financial issues, Chance was recently returned to CPR. As you can imagine, he is confused and devastated after being with one family for many years. However, Chance is a resilient, affectionate pug, who adjusts quickly to his environment.

Now in a foster home, Chance enjoys playing with dog toys and going to the dog park. He loves to take naps at your feet on the floor or next to you, snuggled into your side. He is a very good cuddler. Chance also really likes to be petted. He is friendly with people and dogs of all sizes. We have not seen Chance around a cat. He gets very excited for meal times and when it is time to go to the park. He loves to eat, but is not overweight. He is housebroken. Chance has the funniest expressions – sometimes looking at you like he is amused and sometimes looking confused. He won over his foster mom, who was not ready for a new foster dog yet, but fell in love with Chance after a day. Chance is a very special pug who is looking for a true forever home. Chance prefers the company of other pugs and would like his forever family to already have a pug brother or sister in it.
