My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Anastasia is a 3 year old Treeing (Lemon) Walker/Beagle mix girl. If you are looking for a perfect family dog, she is it. Anastasia loves people, especially children and is even good with infants. She enjoys spending time with her family and loves car rides, outings and trips to the river. Anastasia is crate trained and has a good start on her housebreaking. She is great with other dogs and is cat friendly. If you are looking for a good family dog, she is it!

We are a 501(c)3 Rescue operating in the VA, MD, DC, and WV areas - with the ability to adopt out of state. A copy of our adoption application can be found on our website - www.openheartsrescue.org. Please fill out and forward via email to openheartsrescue@yahoo.com. Meet and greets are only scheduled after an approved application is received. The adoption fee on our dogs is $125.00. We are a foster-based, volunteer organization and answer all emails as quickly as we can.
