My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Petunia was found hopping around a neighborhood in Medfield and we hoped she had only hopped out of her exercise pen but now that she has not been claimed she needs a new home. She has become a shelter favorite with her dark blue eyes, long eyelashes & gentle nature. Petunia is a small rabbit who is full grown at three and a half lbs. She would be a gentle pet for children, enjoys the company of everyone she meets & happily shares our critter room with guinea pigs and birds. Please come meet this wonderful spayed bunny.

Rabbits are active, gentle pets that are happiest and healthiest when they have a large clean cage, lots of play time out of their cage, and plenty of fresh hay and veggies daily. All of the Medfield Shelter's bunnies are indoor pets and would not do well outside in a hutch. If you are interested in adopting a rabbit from our shelter, please fill out our adoption application
