Elroy is quite the character! If you know and love the Border Collie breed, Elroy may be the dog for you. He is smart, energetic, and happy. He will need an experienced Border Collie adopter, willing to train him, and keep him busy. Once he’s been adequately exercised, he likes to lay at your feet for a nap. He loves to play with toys and is working on basic commands. He is ok with dogs, kids, and maybe cats if introduced correctly.
