Snowy loves everyone including the employees who have to make her stay in a cage all the time. she's adaptable, easy to please, and ready to be your faithful friend.our shelter is so full they are having to put down good healthy dogs now and that is very sad. . . . Lincoln County Animal Services is located at 650 John Howell Memorial Drive (off Wilma Sigmon Rd) in Lincolnton. are open 11 to 4:30 M-Sat. The adoption fee of $85 includes spay , rabies, microchip and up date on vaccines. when you adopt , she goes to vet to be spayed and you pick her up there. Thanks for looking .
