My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Chloe is a brindle pug mix. Chloe is loving to snuggle in her foster home. Chloe is obsessed with her foster kid. She'll cry at his door if its shut. At just 12 lbs, she is the perfect lap dog. Chloe gets along well with small dogs, although she prefers to be the center of attention.She is shy at first, but quickly warms up to loving hands.

We pulled her July 13, 2014 from the shelter. Her owner was arrested for animal cruelty. She was living with 42 other dogs. She's making progress every day. She just needs time to adjust to such changes. She was with Joyce Charles (Yappy Happy Rescue, Laplace) probably for years and then in the shelter over a month. She is spayed. She is up to date on shots, heartworm prevention and flea prevention. She had a dental and ten teeth pulled. Her fee is $100. We're unsure of her age since she came from a hoarding situation but we guess around 8 years.. Chloe would do best as the only pet in a home, but she's been doing great in a foster home with two calm dogs. We think she's a brindle pug with a chihuahua. She's so stinking cute. Chloe is located in New Orleans, but we will adopt to anywhere in the U.S. Email animalhelperneworleans@gmail.com if you would like to adopt or foster Chloe.
