Beau's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Beau's Story...
Little Beau was in the hot and crowded Lancaster shelter...waiting..his time was up. He was in the corner by the fence when I walked by. He looked up and I was sold! Bright eyes, alert face, he is a typical terrier! They are great family companions, willing to please and easy to train. He is barely a year old and weighs about 7 lbs, but underweight now. He gets along with all his new friends, and really appreciates the yard to run in. He has the wire, no shed coat.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Beau, a Simi Valley Border Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Terrier for sale in Simi Valley, or seeking a Border Terrier dog from a breeder in Simi Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Simi Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Simi Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Terrier breeders who help with Border Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Simi Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
