Desiree came to Philly Pug & Short Nose Rescue from Philly ACCT. Her left eye looked in bad shape and had to be removed. The loss of her eye has not slowed this little lady down one bit.

This how her foster mom describes here. “Desiree is a super spunky pug who loves to go on walks and run around. She gets so happy when she sees her leash. Desiree has zero fear, she loves to play in water and isn’t afraid to approach other dogs but isn’t aggressive at all. Desi knows how to sit, stay and we are working on her giving her paw. She is also being crate trained which is good because Desi is adventurous and likes to get into everything. We are working on her “nibbling”, especially on people. She will make a wonder pet, having only one eye doesnt stop her from anything.
