Isn't Ms. Prada just STUNNING? Prada came into our rescue from a local animal control that was full, and Prada just wasn't doing well in the stressful environment. Prada is about 1-3 years old, and about 40 lbs. Prada is BUILT with solid muscle. While she is very friendly with people, we recommend a home with no small children for now, because this girl needs time to settle and get her energy under control.
We think Prada is a husky mix. She has a husky energy level of go go go! And she LOVES to talk and sing to you. Her body is built more like a rottie, pittie, or lab - very compact and muscular. She is strong and fast! Prada's breed history is only best guess.
Prada would benefit from an experienced home, or very dedicated first time owners willing to go through dog training. She is an amazing dog with a great heart, and isn't aggressive. But you can tell this girl has had a neglected start and doesn't know her own size, how to say hello to other dogs calmly, or how to play without getting TOO excited. We are currently working with Prada to teach her consistency and boundaries, and keeping her well exercised so her silly's are under control. Prada plays great with our 83 lbs shepherd boy Bruno, and our wild and crazy boarding husky Mesa, but our shyer adult dogs and small dogs DO NOT like her energy level. She is NOT a good "dog park dog" now, but may be in the future. She really needs time to learn to calm down and settle, and control all her energy. She is very smart and loving and eager to please.

This animals adoption fee is $250. Adoption fee's cover basic vetting up to date, as well as vetting to heal up injuries or illness the animal has come to us with. It also covers transport fee's (ie. if dogs are flown from rural areas), grooming, food, and shelter while the animal has been in our care.
