Meet Oreeo who is as sweet as her name. Oreeo is a unique kitten. She is very tiny and is still very much a baby (born approximately 5/1/14). She will follow you around just waiting for you to pick her up. No, it isn't all of the time, but frankly, Oreeo absolutely LOVES to be held and babied. She is a mellow kitten. She will play with other kittens if available but there is nothing that Oreeo would rather do than cuddle up with her human. Once you have her on your lap, she will immediately knead and purr.

Oreeo has become very curious about the dog and although not hugely bonded, is very comfortable being around the family dog. One thing that can't be stressed enough is Oreeo's love for her wet food. Her foster family gives her a bit in the morning and a bit at night in addition to her dry food which she always has around. Oreeo can be very "demanding" (just some light, firm meows) when she wants attention but its never too much and her cuteness and baby-like qualities certainly garner her attention and well-deserved "awwwwws" from her from her human family. Of course you HAVE to pick her up and love on her. Its unavoidable. Oreeo is also able to settle down and fall asleep on her own. Oreeo can also be a bit of a drama queen as she will squeal with pleas of help at being chased (in play) by other kitties. It can be a bit comical as you rush to her aid only to find her dishing it out as good as she got. Her foster family adores this little angel.

Adoption events are held at the Fair Oaks Petco (Madison at Hazel) on Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 4pm.
