Yogi is a loveable male bichon mix, about 1 ½ years old with a HUGE personality. He is a little guy, around 11 pounds. There are lots of words to describe him, tenacious, busy, stubborn, loveable, and cute as a bug would be just a few. He is a sweet little guy, a cuddler and absolutely loves to be with people. He is a bit leary of meeting new people (especially men) but warms to them in a short time. Children should be OK if they are above 10 years old and are dog savvy.
Yogi came to us from animal cruelty so he had a couple of issues that needed to be addressed. He has come a long way in his foster home but now needs a forever home. His new person needs to be a “bit dog wise” and dedicated to getting him to obedience school. Yogi did not know what it was to be groomed or come when he was called. Listening to people when they talk to him is a new skill he is acquiring. He is learning quickly and will be a beautiful , smart little guy with a little more work. He needs respect along with rules in his life.
He is great with other dogs and should have another dog his size in the home. He can be a bit overwhelming to old dogs. I don’t know if he has ever met a cat. Yogi is in the process of being housetrained.
Yogi is fostered in Minnesota.
