This little girl is one bundle of JOY and ENERGY! Cherie is a female Bichon Frise mix weighing approximately 7.5 lbs. She is estimated to be approximately 2 years old. Cherie had a long standing injury which required having her front left leg removed at the shoulder. This has not impacted Cherie in any way as she is just as sweet, loving, playful and joyful as ever. Cherie LOVES to give kisses and cuddle with her foster mom. Cherie plays with toys with her foster sister and also by herself, throwing them up in the air and trying to catch them. At her foster home, she has been 1 of 4 dogs and loving the attention she is getting and the freedom to play outdoors. Cherie will go out through a screen door to do her business. She will also use a doggie door, but is still learning that she has the same freedom going in and out of it as she does the screen door. Cherie rides well in the car. I have not seen any food guarding issues with Cherie but due to her petite size and having only three legs, she should be in a house with older children (10 years and older). Cherie can climb stairs slowly, but also it is very easy to carry due to her small size. Cheri needs another dog in the home with her. Right now she is enjoying being spoiled and adjusting to being a pampered pooch.
Cherie is being fostered in Northern California. She is spayed and up to date on all her shots.
