My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Heeeeere's Pinkie! One of the cutest and sweetest puppies you will ever meet! (Okay, her brother Blue is pretty cute and sweet too.) Pinkie and her brothers were dropped off at an awful rural kill shelter in TN when they were only 7 weeks old, but lucky for them, Critter Cavalry was on the way to get them out of there just after they arrived. Pinkie is one dainty 12 lb., 12 week old little girl and will likely grow up to be a medium size dog. Her mother was part Cattle Dog and we are not sure about her dad - possibly a Pointer. Even though she has such a sweet disposition, loves to give kisses and get tummy rubs, Pinkie can hold her own at her foster home with her brother and the other dogs in the family. She loves to hunt for sticks in the yard, chew on bones, and can occupy herself with her toys for long periods of time. Pinkie is also a very curious pup and likes to explore new places and find new things to play with in the house and outside. She is a smart girl and has learned how to sit on command, taught herself how to go through the doggie door and is catching on fast at how to walk on a leash. She sleeps in a crate through the night without a peep. Pinkie and her brother stay in their crate or outside in an enclosed courtyard when the family is away. As much as Pinkie loves her brother Blue, it's people that she really loves and she can't wait to have a forever family of her own that she can give kisses and cuddles to and be their devoted companion.
