Mitsy is an adorable Border Collie mix baby who was born in March of 2014. She came here a little shy but has blossomed. She LOVES other dogs. She loves her person and follows (me, right now) around like a shadow. She is crate-trained. Because she really enjoys playing and the company of other dogs, and also because of her initial shyness, Mitsy can only be adopted into a home with at least one other dog.
