Lola's Story...
Lola is approximately two years old. We believe she is a border terrier mix. She weighs about 12 lbs. Lola will jump at the door to go out but she is still working on her housebreaking. Lola loves people. She does fine around cats and dogs, but doesnt like them in her face. . Lola has a shaved placed on her side that might possibly be an old injury. As a result, she may never have hair there. But she is still beautiful. Lola also likes to cuddle at night. Lola may do best with a home that has a fenced in yard because sometimes she likes to wander. Lola must be an inside dog. If you are interested in Lola or would like more information please email lola@sparkyrescue.com or call 270-684-4787.

Lola, a Owensboro Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Owensboro, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Owensboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Owensboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Owensboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Owensboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
