Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Henry and I am the luckiest and most grateful dog in the world. I wound up in a high-kill shelter in rural TN and was next on the list to be put down. Fortunately, an angel from a rescue group had met me and couldn't bear the thought of that, and found someone who was able to spring me from that place at the last minute. I am about 1 year old, a mixture of Lab and Hound and who knows what else. I weigh about 60 lbs, have a nice reddish brown and white coat and warm brown eyes that will melt your heart. I know I look a little serious in my pictures, but they took these right after they picked me up from the clinic so I was a little unsure about what was going to happen next. (They do have some pictures of me from my shelter days where I am smiling, and they can send you those, if you would like to see them.) I am so cute and I love to get right up next to my humans and give them a subtle little hug just to let them know that I am happy and grateful to be with them. I think I would be happy in almost any type of home, just as long as I am loved, given some playtime, exercise, and a chance to love you back. ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED.
