My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

LILO is a 6 year old chocolate spayed female who weighs 70 pounds. She's a sweet girl who's pretty laid back and walks well on leash. Lilo does really well with other dogs. Lilo is Heartworm (Lab Rescue will pay for Lilo's HeartWorm treatment if done at one of our vets). She's approved for kids aged 10+.

Update (8/04): Lilo is doing wonderful! Stairs are no big deal (except when she forgets she doesn’t have a ton of experience and gets ahead of herself!). She doesn’t countersurf and is fine home alone and at night. She also doesn't bark much and is just so well behaved! Lilo is very particular about the toys she likes to play with--only stuffed animals are acceptable, NOT balls. She is also a champion destuffer but is happy with the shell when she is done. She has a s and is just a snuggly dog who would love to sleep snuggled up tight with you if you let her.

Update (7/26): Lilo is loving life in her foster home! She is crate- and house-trained and is good about letting her fosters know when she needs to go out. She enjoys sleeping in bed with her fosters and enjoys cuddling. Lilo also enjoys playing with other dogs and enjoys their company. Lilo loves playing with toys, particularly ones that are stuffed and squeaky! She knows several commands, including sit and paw. She will make someone a great new family dog and is just waiting for you!

Update (7/19): Lilo is very sweet and affectionate and seems to enjoy the company of the resident labs. Lilo enjoys running around the yard but hasn't quite figured out stairs yet. Otherwise, she's a happy, healthy girl enjoying her new lifestyle!

From LR transporter: Lilo is a sweetie!
