Ms M's Story...
I'm currently in a foster home. Email cats@angelcathaven.com to schedule a meet and greet.

My name is Ms. M and I'm almost 5 years of age. I was found wandering in the cold with my male kitten who quickly found his forever home. Shortly after being rescued, I started having seizures. I must take medication to prevent the seizures, but it's not too hard to give me my pills. I am looking for a long term foster placement (or adoption) with someone who is willing to love me and care for me. I can be fearful as I had to fend for myself and had trouble trusting humans. I need someone to work with me and be patient and understanding in a new environment. Could that be you?

To adopt a cat from Angelcat Haven, you must first fill out an adoption application. They can be found at www.angelcathaven.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ms M, a Plainville Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Plainville, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Plainville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Plainville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Plainville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Plainville paves the way for another one to be saved.
