Kellogg's Story...
This amazing 2-3 year old male just arrived on Saturday, and his transporters could not say enough about him. They were so taken with this boy, and said he was just wonderful, gorgeous, affectionate, and just a totally cool and “solid” guy! (yes, their exact words!).They were so impressed with his excellent temperament and were particularly touched by how he just laid his heard on their lap during the car ride. They said he smiled the entire time, so he probably sensed that life was going to get better for him. He needs better nutrition and to gain a few more pounds, since he currently weighs only 56 pounds. He is fully vetted, so he is ready to find a family to love and provide him everything he has been missing in his past, and we promise to help him find a much better tomorrow.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kellogg, a Cincinnati Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Cincinnati, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Cincinnati.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cincinnati already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cincinnati breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cincinnati paves the way for another one to be saved.
