Whitey's Story...
Deadline to rehome cats is 8/2 or they will have to go to the shelter ss owner is moving out of state 8/3 Two Siamese female spayed young adult cats in Lomita (Lomita Pines), LA County, CA in need of new homes, either together, or separate. Pictured is Whitey, a seal point. The all black cat (Blackie see separate post)is always on the move The seal point is much more relaxed and loves to get her pic taken. Current owner is moving and rescued them off the street. Here is the current owner's bio. Does anyone want 2 (2 year old) Siamese cats? They were born in our cul de sac in June 2012 and the mom cat was no where to be found. We nursed them as babies. One is very sweet and the other is very adventurous but both do not bite and both are not mean to people. The sweet one loves people and loves to sit and be around people. The adventurous one is always on the move and loves to go outside. The sweet one will go out for a few minutes but runs back in. In fact, we had a cockatiel and they were taught to live in harmony with our bird. They never once attacked the bird and the bird was always sitting on top of it's cage. We are moving and cannot take any pets. I cannot bear the thought of them being uthanized. They are beautiful cats. Medium size. Not fat. Don't eat a lot. We have 2 litter boxes and food that will come with them. I appreciate if anyone wants them to let me know or offer any advice. Thank you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Whitey, a Lomita Siamese cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siamese for sale in Lomita, or seeking a Siamese cat from a breeder in Lomita.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lomita already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lomita breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siamese breeders who help with Siamese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lomita paves the way for another one to be saved.
