Binx's Story...
This beautiful boy is Binx, a 2 to 3 year old sweet gentleman that would just love a great home of his own. Binx had a home, but when the owners landlord found out about him, he had to go. He was a little shaken up to be uprooted from the only home he had ever known, but he has settled in and is doing just great now. Binx is a bigger boy, but has a shortened tail for some reason. It's quite adorable! He has also been front de-clawed. Binx is a gentle and loving guy that just wants to lounge around in the sun, take a snooze on a soft bed, and get some attention from people who love him. Binx has lived with children and gets along fine with them, and he may be okay with an easy going, well behaved feline friend. Our beautiful Binx is dreaming of starting his life over with a great family that will love and care for him always.....please make his dreams come true. File#23646 6/23/14

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Binx, a Forked River Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Forked River, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Forked River.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Forked River already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Forked River breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Forked River paves the way for another one to be saved.
