My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I am a female Yorkie mix. I am about 9 months old and weigh 8.5 lbs . I am spayed, heartworm negative, current on shots, micro-chipped and on flea/heartworm prevention.
My adoption is $250.

I am a sweet girl but I can be a bit wary of new people. I would do best in a home without small children. I am good with those I trust but will bite if frightened or grabbed at.

It is a requirement that I attend training classes at the Petsmart in Altamonte Springs. Classes are one hour, once a week for six weeks. The cost is only $99 for all six sessions!


Please email for an application. A New Beginning Pet Rescue, Inc. only accepts cash. We do not have the ability to accept credit or debit cards and no longer accept checks. The pets are available to be seen at our adoption events on weekends at the Petsmart in Altamonte Springs on Saturday from 11-4:30 and Sunday from 12-4:30.
