Hi there, I’m Sugar, a 10 to 12-month-old girl who would love to be your BFF (Best Fur Friend) in a forever home. A good Samaritan saw me running down the middle of the road and pulled over to help. I ducked behind an abandoned house, but when I realized they were nice people, I came when they called. After all, I needed some help with my bloody front paws from running on the hot asphalt. They tracked down my owner, who said he didn’t want me because I kept getting out of the fence. Maybe my previous owner didn’t have time for me anyhow, since my matted fur was full of fleas/ticks. The nice Samaritans took me to be groomed and treated, in order to get rid of the fleas/ticks, so now I’m all spiffed up like Sugar and spice and everything nice, and so ready to go to a new home. My puppy energy will entertain you and I’m just great with kids. If anybody wants to play fetch, I’m all over that! I can stay well in a crate, so I’m an all-around good dog.
