My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dalton is a gorgeous terrier/mix who had been badly abused. He will need someone with a lot of patience and complete understanding. Still fearful it will take him time to be held, by someone because of what he endured in his prior family. He is fearful of a leash, but has no problem giving you a nibble on the rear or ankle to show is affection.

He is still learning what is like for someone to love him and care for him like he should be without fearing the hand of an abuser. He would need a lot of one-on-one time and someone who can spend more time making him a beautiful loved boy.
