Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Buddy was scheduled to die at our county pound when we rescued him. He is just a young boy, we think he is about a year old. He was frightened. The pound is a scary place, but like so many Rottweilers he is brave and when he feels threatened he is quick to snap. This is also what happens when you do not socialize your rottweiler properly. Invest some time into this boy and he will become everything you want him to be. For now, he just needs to be approached slowly and given time to warm up to you. Within an hour he will think you are the bomb and want nothing more then to curl up in your lap and get lots of belly rubs and affection. He is doing well with the other rottie and the kitty in his foster home.because he is uneasy with some people, we recommend that he goes to a home with older children only that can understand him and treat him with respect. He is a very handsome boy. He could have been a show dog and won many titles, I'm sure. Take a chance and make buddy, your buddy today. please go to www.rottenrottie.com and fill out the adoption questionnaire under the forms tab and return it to us. We will contact you once we have had a chance to look it over and let you know which dogs may be a good fit for you and your lifestyle. We look forward to working with you.
