This little nugget was a subject of horrible abuse. She came to us after her "owner" swung her around on her leash by her neck and the drug her down the street to "teach her to walk on a leash". It's a wonder she's still alive. Maple is a tiny little girl at only 8-10 weeks old. She is currently being treated for her injuries and she is well on her way to full recovery! Maple is sweet as can be in spite of her abuse. She loves people and other animals.
