MAPLE's Story...
This little nugget was a subject of horrible abuse. She came to us after her "owner" swung her around on her leash by her neck and the drug her down the street to "teach her to walk on a leash". It's a wonder she's still alive. Maple is a tiny little girl at only 8-10 weeks old. She is currently being treated for her injuries and she is well on her way to full recovery! Maple is sweet as can be in spite of her abuse. She loves people and other animals. She is ready to find her new forever home where she will be loved and have the life she deserves. For an adoption application on Maple please email Blues City Animal Rescue at baversa1@gmail.com. Her adoption fee of 450.00 includes her vaccinations, her medical needs, and her transport to the midwest. Thank you for choosing rescue. Please visit and like us on Facebook!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

MAPLE, a MILWAUKEE Labrador Retriever/Boxer puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Boxer for sale in MILWAUKEE, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Boxer puppy from a breeder in MILWAUKEE.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in MILWAUKEE already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a MILWAUKEE breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Boxer breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in MILWAUKEE paves the way for another one to be saved.
