My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I am Lily, a pure breed English Mastiff. I am a sweet girl looking for a new home. I am a 5 year old spayed female, I weigh 106lbs, up to date on all shots and house trained. I have a slight heart murmur, but at my last visit they couldn't detect it! We think maybe it healed on its own. I get along great with other dogs, but I've never lived with cats.

I do like children, but I am a very nervous girl so it takes a little bit for me to become comfortable. Since I am nervous I need some work on a lead. I won't pull you, but I do get scared and can be a bit jumpy. I am also not fond of car rides and would much rather be a home body. When I meet new people I am hesitant at first and will usually hide, but once I warm up I am very affectionate and loving.

My family saved me from a breeder because I was the last of my brothers and sister to be adopted and I was in terrible shape. They didn't want the breeder using me for more puppies so they took me home. Unfortunately, due to my family's new additions allergies, we all have to be separated and I am missing that one on one love that I once had. I especially enjoy hugs, kisses, and being cuddled with, but my favorite is having my ears rubbed.
