Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Zeus was hit by a car with extensive hip and pelvic damage.
He is around a year old. I got a call from one of my neighbors who found him laying in their yard. He has been hit by a car and has no feeling in his left leg. He is micro chipped and the vet got the information to contact them. They called and left a message and then decided to check their system. The address on the chip is in their system as a client and when they called that number they claim to have no knowledge of this dog. We will need a foster willing to keep him calm and leash walk only for several months while he recovers.
Update 5/21/14 Zeus is at the vet where he is now showing signs of feeling in his leg which is a good thing. He will be undergoing surgery the week of 5/26/14. He needs a foster home with a special person who can work with his recovery. He will require leash walking only and crating most of the time. This will be the most extensive surgery any of our dogs have undergone. If you have any experience with surgery dogs and their recovery we need your help!!! We do not know how Zeus is with other dogs or if he is house trained.
