My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hudson is a very sweet lab/mix.He tends to get very nervous around small children and most other dogs. He spooks easily but loves to cuddle on the sofa. If your looking for a jogging partner I may be it. I love to run and am quite agile. He would do best in a home with a fenced yard.PLEASE NOTE: Several of our dogs at the shelter are strays and because of this we do not know what type of home environment they were living in (i.e. with kids, other dogs or other cats), nor do we know if they are house trained. Everything we know about them is based on our observations while they are here with us in our Shelter.
It’s very hard to tell with certainty in the shelter environment whether or not a dog will be good with kids, cats or another dog. If you have kids in the home or another dog, we do require that they be present for a meet and greet with the dog you are considering for adoption.
Our adoption fee is $40 (cash or check, no debit or credit cards)which includes spay/neuter, feline leukemia/aids test for cats and all shots. The shelter is open Saturdays from 2pm-4pm. For information or an appointment to see an animal please call (520) 457-2545 or email epavon@powerc.net
