Peek-a-boo's Story...
Three adorable creamy-colored babies were found in a wooded area in Cobb County. When no mother was found and no owner stepped forward, we took them in, got them up-to-date on vaccinations and are ready to find homes for them.

The three girls, Peek-a-boo, Patron and Pattycake are cuter than cute. Not knowing their breed mixture, we'd say they look like miniature huskies, if there were such a thing. Someone else felt they looked like basenjis. What's in a name anyway? They are simply beautiful! They're mild-mannered, playful and curious.

We guesstimate they were born around the middle of May.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Peek-a-boo, a Marietta Husky/Basenji puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky/Basenji for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Husky/Basenji puppy from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky/Basenji breeders who help with Husky/Basenji rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
